KWOK Shuk-Yin retired from a design and production business as an owner of the company for over 30 years, after retirement continue study in Psychology, Naturopathy, Nero-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and a Yoga Instructor until now.

Trained as a Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL) 2016 in Hong Kong and Laughter Yoga Teacher (CLYT) 2018 by Dr Kataria in Taiwan.

Established 10 Laughter Clubs in Hong Kong in different Organization including Social Welfare, Re-habitation, Mental Health and Elderly-care.

Trained Laughter Leader in different Organization for over 90 students.

Visited Elderly Home Laughter Yoga Project under Charity Funding.

I practiced Meditation followed Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Meditation from India for over 15 years, after knowing Laughter Yoga notice that it also contained Yoga Nidra and Meditation. In Hong Kong over 20 Laughter Clubs, people enjoyed laughter but not many notice laughter meditation, so I conducted a Zoom Meditation course special for Laughter Club, after that, now it became a session in many laughter club activities.

After a stressful earn for living years now retired, life is perfect for me in practicing Physical Yoga, Laughter Yoga and Mental Yoga and being a teacher of these three category put me a life-long learning and give back to society in satisfaction.
