The introduction of Laughter Yoga into my life provided much healing and restored joy. In 2012, I was trained by Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of Laughter Yoga. Wholeheartedly, I join with him in doing my part to promote world peace and healing through laughter. Laughter Yoga is beneficial for people of all ages and physical abilities. Each session is custom-tailored for each group of participants. Consider Laughter Yoga for team building, conference breaks, community activities, group events, wellness events, holiday gatherings, etc; your imagination can create myriad ways to incorporate health through laughter in a variety of occasions.
