Luther and Susan Ludwig, founders of Laughterworks Unlimited, Nashville Laughter Yoga, and the Laughter Yoga Club of El Paso, are Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers who trained in California in 2007 with Dr.Madan Kataria, creator of Laughter Yoga International.   The Ludwigs conduct laughter leader trainings for people who would like to lead laughter groups or use laughter in health, recreation, or work settings. They lead a weekly social laughter group at the Dorris Van Doren Library in El Paso, and have given laughter presentations at community organizations including agricultural extension service, church groups, wellness fairs, yoga studios, senior fitness classes, retirement homes, the Tennessee Association of Drug and Alcohol Counselors, the Nashville U.S. Attorney's Office, and Nashville Public Library Staff Day and Metro Nashville Social Workers citywide conference, and Nashville's Mental Health Cooperative, Coronado Kiwanis Club of El Paso, Texas Department of Family & Protective Serves, the Lyndon B. Johnson Head Start, Educational Services Center Region 19 in El Paso. The Ludwigs have also conducted certified laughter leader trainings at medical centers in middle Tennessee, a yoga center in North Carolina, at Back In Touch Wellness in Nashville, and at their home in Fairview, Tennessee and Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
