Here comes Laughing Lydia! Lets Get Together and Giggle!!

When I took my first training with Dr. Kataria and started Leading Laughter Yoga in 2003, it was a perfect fit because, since 1980, (yes, I've been doing this since before I was born, Ha ha),I've promoted and facilitated laughter in one way or another, spreading joy and good  fun as part of my life, work and passion, taking it all quite seriously.

With many years of experience as a Clown and Entertainer, I enjoy promoting a healthy, happy life with my FUN Hands-On Programs of Healthy Laughter, Laughter Yoga, Good Hearted Living and much much more. But dont worry! You wont be bending into a Pretzel, just tickling your funny bones!

Currently my laughter travels take me to Texas, I travel from Northern California & Oregon all the way to the Bahamas!

I have been very active in sharing this and I can hardly wait to see where I giggle next ! For me, leading laughter has become a way of life, from sharing it with my fun appearances.
