Joyful Laughter is my signature laughter class which offers a mix of laughing, breathing exercises, and brain health tips. The classes are designed not only to boost your mood, but also enhance your memory, and improve your mental health.

Laughter is an excellent way to increase Neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to heal, grow and adapt, as it combines relaxation techniques, deep breathing, novelty and a child-like playfulness, which are all key elements to enhancing your brain health. 

There is a lot of neuroscience research behind the practice of laughter, which I love to share in my classes so attendees truly understand the health and healing benefits.
