Matteo Ficara is a philosopher, expert in imaginative thinking and awareness practices.
He is a futurist and Chief Happiness Officer.
He is VIA Institute Trainer and Laughter Yoga Master Trainer (since 2024).

Always passionate about awareness, thought and imagination, he has focused the research of the last 12 years on these issues, including his degree thesis in Philosophy, collecting over 7000 hours of practice in critical, divergent and systemic thinking. In 2010 he created the thought system "The Rooms of Imagination®" and "Immersive Imagination®".

Its purpose is to identify and improve systems, whether they are of people or functions: processes, teams, relationships; raising awareness and developing potential. In 2020 he was certified Chief Happiness Officer with the Italian Institute for Positive Organization, and specialized in skills such as "future planning" and "cultural transformation".

He has been Laughter Yoga Teacher since 2016 and is appointed Laughter Ambassador by Doctor Kataria in 2018 and increasingly supports Lara Lucaccioni in Laughter Yoga Team Building activities, thanks to his highly contagious laughter.
From 2020 he begins to take an interest in futures studies and is involved in a Speculative Design HUB of the Italian Institute for the Future. Since 2021 he has been a Strategic Foresight professional.
He is co-founder of Happiness for Future srl with his wife Lara Lucaccioni, italian Laughter Yoga Master.
