Nelson has earned a Master degree in Social Work plus various certifications in coaching and Talent Assessment tools such as MBTI, Personality Dimensions(PD), True Colors, Emergenetics, MMTIC, TTI-DISC, Motivators (or Driving Forces), EQ, Acumen(ACI) and Competencies(DNA). He is a highly qualified professional coach and facilitator with more than 15 years solid experience in coaching and training.

He was the Head of Training and Development in a sizeable Non-Governmental Organization to responsible for 1200 staff members’ learning and development. Now, he is the Director of Association for Coaching and Facilitation (ACF). Besides, he is also an active Trainer at the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) which is one of the most reputable training institute in Hong Kong.
