Hello! I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and I was taught by Dr. Madan Kataria.  I am so glad I found Laughter Yoga and all of it's healing benefits - I would love to share it with you.

Laughter yoga can help you to keep your stress levels down, boost your immune system, and keep your mind positive during challenging times.
