I intertwine my experience as Yoga teacher and Art Therapist with Laughter Yoga and the result is just glorious. Mixing art, yoga and creativity with the laughing art is the perfect combination that enhances my work and makes me a happier person.

My passion for traveling has taken me to live, work and study in many countries such as USA, Holland, Spain, Brazil, Peru, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and India. I must say that one thing that I enjoy the most is to share laughter with people from all over the world and my training in Bangalore was exactly like that!
