Sharon is the Founder & Training Director of Laughter Yoga Academy in Ireland, where she offers a range of trainings for the Laughter Yogi in everyone.  From retreat style or classroom style, all of Sharon's trainings are in-person.  As an ex College Lecturer in her homeland Australia, she knows the huge benefits provided to the learner which only in person training can provide.

Online trainings are available for the introduction to Laughter Yoga only.  Leader training is in person, retreat style at the tranquil Ballyhooly Lodge Nature Retreat, a converted former country public house and dance hall which is also Sharon's home.
