I myself have effectively supported the way out of my overload depression (burnout) with laughter yoga. At first I didn't feel like laughing at all. How good that the body cannot distinguish between intentional and spontaneous laughter. This also shows that laughter yoga is unconditional. It doesn't matter how you feel, it matters that you do it! Over time, my body and mind learned to be calm, serene, and happy again!
