I love laughter yoga.   It is a brilliant discovery that we can use to uplift ourselves and humanity.  I am a liscened attorney.   Prior to Covi,  I was a career prosecutor with Shelby County, Memphis, TN USA for 26 years, with the last 16 years being assigned to Drug Court recommending addiction treatment for offenders.    After the passing of my son during Covid, I discovered laughter yoga online during lockdown and it helped me tremendously to cope with the situation.    I also hold certificates in Kundalini yoga, Usui Reiki 1-3, and a BA in Music.
