My Profile

I am a Registered Nurse specializing in aging and health promotion. I am also a certified Ageless Grace Brain Health Educator and certified aquatics fitness professional. The newest addition to my wellness toolbox, is completion of the Laughter Leader certification program with Dr, Kataria and Mr. Shastri. I live, work, play and laugh in the western suburbs of Chicago Illinois, USA. I'm ready to put my training to good use and share the gospel of Laughter Yogawith others.
