Shona is a teacher and guide in Ontario, Canada. She has a background in the healing arts, as well as in recreation and the arts. She leads an international spiritual group and conducts workshops both online and in-person. She would love to laugh with you and/or your group. Frequent workshops in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. 

She also leads workshops in the corporate and arts fields. Special needs and adaptive populations, including seniors is especially important.

A background in dance, with a M.A. in dance and dance education, as well as experience as a dance teacher, chroreographer and dancer have inspired her to integrate laughter dance and teach laughter dance workshops.
