I am a strategic marketer and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) specialist with international consultancy experience for over 20 years, mainly in telecommunications and the travel industry. I am passionate about customer focused and loyalty strategies, aiming to optimize the balance between customer satisfaction, retention and business revenue. At the same time I know how to motivate, coach and bring the best out of people.

I am the co-author of the CRM book “From cave to castle”, CRM for property professionals, which in 2015 became a no 1 Amazon best seller.

Together with my sister, I'm also opening an eco yoga retreat in Portugal (see Facebook "Quinta Canaval") late 2016, where we are offering people the chance to rejuvenate their mind, body and soul.

Earlier this year I stumbled across Laughter Yoga and was straightaway hooked, so booked my trip to India to take the teacher training by Dr. Kataria. I want to combine my business management skills with Laughter Yoga, to help companies create a better work and productive environment. I also want to run sessions for Homeless Charities. I will be available on an international level.
