Hi and Namaste,

I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader trained by Dr Madan Kataria and Vinayak Shastri. I live in Bangalore, India and am keen to take the Laughter Yoga Mission forward through sharing and coaching many other people on this magical, life-changing journey of 'taking laughter seriously!' Ho Ho Ha Ha!

Truly as Dr Kataria says, together we can laugh and "çhange pain into champagne." My family and I are experiencing many positive results of seeing life the Laughter Yoga way. I would like to give it whatever it takes to spread laughter, peace and joy in our world.
