My Profile

A Psychologist - Initiated my Professional Journey as a school teacher for one year after completing  M.Sc  Psychology from University of Madras . Pursued my M.phil and Ph.D in Psychology ., Parallely got qualified the "Eligibilty for lectureship" conducted by STATE GOVERNMENT and contributed my services as an Assistant professor-PSYCHOLOGY  (For a private Arts & Science college)and got promoted as HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT (PSYCHOLOGY ).- YEAR 2004 - 2021 . Since 2021 involved as a full time Freelancer in the field of TRAINING /COUNSELLING . 

Also contributed my services in Corporates ,Schools , Colleges as a Trainer in the domain of imparting all kinds of Psycholgical Skills Training 

Served the Board of Studies member in UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS and SPORTS UNIVERSITY  for both UG /PG board . Also the External commitee of member for SBI-LOH-CHENNAI . 

Conducted projects / programs for public on the theme of "MENTAL WELL BEING"

Published papers , articles & research articles and authored 2 books . 

Received  12 + Awards and Accolades from few institutions and organisations
