Hello, I am Helena born and raised in Portugal. I am a people person and lover of nature, animals and healthy lifestyles. 

I am a cat mom to a beautiful 11-year old cutie called Micas.

I am a Mentor, Therapist and Facilitator and empower entrepreneurs worldwide to lead with purpose and have a balanced life.

I am also a volunteer because I believe that we are all united and connected and each one of us can do a little thing each day to make the world a better place. Like mother Teresa once said " We can't all make great things, but we can all make small things with great love".

Laughter Yoga is another tool to make good, to make people happy, to change the world one person at a time!  :)
