I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher and a promoter of Laughter Yoga in my community. I lead Laughter Yoga sessions at libraries, nursing homes, and senior centers, at schools, hospitals, and at private parties.
I demonstrate Laughter Yoga exercise, to help people breathe more effectively, to reduce stress and anxiety. I am a guest speaker at social and civic clubs. I offer free Laughter Yoga at Your Laugh Club at Perfect Christmas Tree Farm.
