Carla BeDell is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and CEO/Founder of A Life Without Borders which includes Laughter Yoga Charlotte. Her company enables individuals and leaders to live a life of Freedom and Joy and achieve their highest potential by focusing on self worth through compassion, living their life through abundance not scarcity, making connections to themselves and others, and finding the joy in their life.

In 2006, I left my job as Sr. Vice President with Wachovia Securities to follow a dream of living a fuller, more joyful life. My husband, 2 children and I sailed through the Caribbean, and backpacked throughout South America. Over 4 years later we returned to the United States dedicated to helping others live their life with more joy and passion. When I heard of Laughter Yoga I immediately knew this was my calling. I know a happy, connected workplace was extremely important to me and I know it is to other employees as well. My desire is to bring laughter into as many lives as possible and use laughter for health as a wellness platform for corporations.
