Liz Nichols, M.A._x000D_ _x000D_ Liz Nichols is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and cohost of the Oakland LifeFire Laughter Yoga Meetup (2nd & 4th Monday evenings every month). She shares the POWER OF FUN -- the value of play and creative expression -- with folks at every stage of life. Liz is the former Storytelling Director at Stagebridge Senior Theatre in Oakland, a RainbowKids Yoga teacher, and works with people with dementia as a TimeSlips™ Creative Storytelling Master Trainer and a Hummingbird Project Activity Specialist. _x000D_
