My Profile

Norma graduated from Indiana University in 1971 with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and completed her Masters Degree in Education in 1980. She provided consultation in nutrition and lifestyle as guidance to her students and parents during her twenty four years as an elementary teacher.

She completed her certification program with honors at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC in 2008 in partnership with Teachers College Columbia University as well as board certification through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. In addition to her certification as a Holistic Health Counselor, Norma also received training in Herbology as well as certification as a Laughter Yoga Leader by Laughter Yoga International.  She is also trained to work with clients using EFT. Her goal is to help you become your happiest self.

Norma is the proud mother of five adult children and grandmother to an energetic grandson. She enjoys traveling with her husband and considers family the highlight of her life.

When she is not working, Norma enjoys being close to nature, meditating, laughing, exploring new places near and far, spending time with family and friends, and listening to all types of music including gong.
