Eva is currently Program Manager and Communications Officer of a firm focusing on Innovation Services in Genoa and business development of “Open Innovation” within the European team of Ninesigma Inc. She graduated in Technologies of Communication in Milan (IULM) and in East Asian Studies (China Focus) at Columbia University. She spent a few years in New York, where she worked for a period of time at the United Nations. Eva is also a business coach, with certification from The School of Business Coaching in 2012._x000D_

In 2010, Eva found out about Laughter Yoga and became first a Certified Leader with Laura Toffolo, President of the Italian Association of Laughter Yoga (Yoga della Risata), and then a Certified Teacher with LY founder Madan Kataria. Eva’s passion for laughter is a very long one: for her High School diploma, she wrote a thesis on Laughter with connections to the Latin and Greek traditions of Italy._x000D_

In the past few years, Eva practiced various performance arts, such as theater, jazz singing and clown-therapy. Eva also has a passion for East Asian cultures (China, India) and for On-The-Road traveling. She speaks Mandarin, English, French, Spanish, German and of course Italian (native)._x000D_

Eva has been very active in spreading Laughter Yoga. As a kick-off of her activities, she organized a public session with 150 participants at the Genoa Science Festival, with the collaboration of other Italian Teachers & Leaders as facilitators and with the extraordinary contribution of street priest Don Gallo in person, writer Jacopo Fo on skype conference, and LY-founder Madan Kataria on a video-message. Then she founded the Genovese Laughter Club, leading sessions in Genoa’s historical center._x000D_

Among the initiatives held in Genoa & Italy are the following: a national Laughter Yoga Train Initiative with sessions in Naples, Rome, Pisa, Genoa, Milan, Bologna Rimini and of course on the trains; business laughter Yoga sessions at corporate workshops with 6 to 30 participants in a suit; LY sessions at the University of Genova, Faculty of Languages and Intercultural Education; LY sessions at International House in New York; World Laughter Days in May in the Park of Nervi and the center of Genoa; many editions of Laughter Yoga Leaders Trainings in Genoa with participants from Italy and France._x000D_

Eva strongly believes that Laughter Yoga is a winning and positive lifestyle, and is working on spreading the spirit of laughter in the work place and in schools. Her youngest certified LY Leader was a brilliant 8 year-old girl!_x000D_
