Fla Flower is a shamanic healer, transformational coach and laughter yoga teacher-trainer. In 2011 she experienced her first Laughter Yoga class from a visiting teacher in Chiang Mai, and was completely amazed at how light and liberated she felt after only one class that soon afterwards she travelled to Bangalore in India to study Laughter Yoga with the Master himself, Dr Kataria. She started the first regular laughter yoga club in Chiang Mai, which continues to expand. She now shares laughter yoga sessions and facilitates 2 day laughter yoga leader training in Thailand and China. Through a variety of laughter and coaching techniques she assists others to change their lives for the better, become happier, more creative and internally free.
