Hello! Since 2006, I have been laughing for the health benefitsof it and feeling great because of Laughter Yoga! I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (2004-current), Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher (2007 to current) and Laughter Yoga Ambassador (2016). I have a passion for spreading joy and healthy coping strategies to those living and working in health related professions, and have over 13 years of expertise in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Laughter Yoga and the techniques that come from this practice are far reaching into the depths of my personal and professional life and I cannot help but share it wherever I go.
