Madhav Mhaske

Madhav Mhaske, a certified Laughter Yoga teacher and Laughter Ambassador from Thane, a bustling city in Mumbai, began his journey with Laughter Yoga in 1992 when he developed severe spondylitis in his cervical and lumbar regions. Despite regular yoga training, the pain persisted. In 1998, he attended a Laughter Yoga session in Mumbai. The 35-minute session not only provided relief but also introduced him to the health benefits of laughter. Inspired, Madhav dedicated himself to spreading Laughter Yoga as a social service after his retirement.

Upon transferring to Hyderabad in 1998, Madhav became an active member of a local Laughter Yoga club. Through regular practice, his pain gradually diminished and eventually disappeared entirely. This personal transformation deepened his commitment to Laughter Yoga, which he now shares with others.
