1 Day Basic Learning Couse

### What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is a powerful tool for enhancing positive mental health. It is a quick way to relieve stress and reduce physical, psychological, and emotional tension. Scientific studies have shown that stress hormones (Cortisol) significantly decrease, and it boosts Serotonin levels in the brain to combat depression.

Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise program developed by Dr. Madan Kataria, allowing anyone to laugh without relying on humor, skits, or jokes. Scientific research has proven that the body cannot distinguish between fake and real laughter, both of which offer similar health benefits. Laughter Yoga has spread to over 110 countries and is a fantastic tool for health and happiness. Since 2011, Laughter Yoga has been present in Vietnam. This is the first online basic course on Laughter Yoga in Vietnam.

The main goal of this course is to help people bring more laughter and joy into their lives through regular practice of Laughter Yoga exercises. Laughter Yoga helps reduce stress, boosts the immune system, and maintains a positive mood during difficult times. You will learn how to practice Laughter Yoga alone at home and with your family. You can also participate in daily online Laughter Yoga sessions on Zoom.
